Greg Parks - Owner

Greg started Crown Contractors and Commercial Resources, LLC in 2006 after 15 years of experience in residential and commercial roofing and construction. Greg has experience in all aspects of the industry and is well respected personally and professionally by customers, suppliers and trade organizations.

Greg strongly believes in maintaining an active presence in various trade organizations within the roofing and construction industry. He understands the importance of having a working knowledge of cutting edge techniques and materials.

Greg is a devoted family man with a wife and two beautiful young daughters.

Glenn Menn - General Manager

Glenn affiliated with Crown Contractors and Commercial Resourses, LLC after 40 plus years in the roofing and contracting industry. He owned and operated his own company in the Houston area from 1973 to 1995.

Glenn has managed large projects to include multi-family apartment complexes and five star hotels. He prides himself in assisting his customers through the often complex insurance negotiations and maintaining tenant satifaction.

Bret Miller - Chief Estimator

Graduated Nimitz High School in 1984 and attended Engineering courses at UTA Arlington.

Worked for Holiday Inn Corp. as a Chief Engineer for 5 yrs in Irving, Tx.

Assumed a position with Trammel Crow Corp. as a Property Inspector for potential new acquisitions. Also supervised major property rehab and catastrophe damage restoration projects.

In July of 1999 I acquired my Texas State Insurance License for commercial and residential property, recreational vehicle and heavy equipment losses.

Worked with Cunningham Lindsey for 10 years as a General Adjuster overseeing multi-million dollar insurance claims for commercial and residential property losses.

In September, 2005 I was called to work as a first responder assisting FEMA with initial damage assessment after hurricane Katrina and stayed in New Orleans, LA for 18 months following the storm helping residents with their insurance losses.

In 2007 assumed the role as Chief Estimator with Crown Contractors and Commercial Resources.
